NISPO
FROM A NAME TO A PLATFORM
Nispo was a comprehensive, 360-degree project that allowed me to leverage a wide range of my creative and technical skills. The core objective was to build a distinct brand identity from the ground up, starting with the brand name—a clever fusion of “Nis” (like Nis2) and “Hippo.” To establish a market presence that was both authoritative and approachable, I developed a visual identity centered around a unique color palette and a cohesive design language that effectively differentiates the brand from current competitors.
The creative process began with the development of a minimalist logo, designed to capture the essence of a hippopotamus in a modern, scalable format. Once the logo was approved, I moved on to crafting a bespoke brand mascot—a sophisticated hippo complete with a suit, tie, and glasses—to embody the brand’s professional yet friendly personality. To bring this character to life, I produced a series of 3D animations specifically tailored for the company’s digital presence, significantly enhancing user engagement.
Beyond the branding, I was responsible for the end-to-end design of the landing page. Using Figma, I crafted a user-centric interface that perfectly aligned with the new visual identity, which was later implemented by a third-party development team. Participating in this project was a highly rewarding experience, as it allowed me to manage the brand’s evolution across multiple touchpoints—from initial conceptualization to technical UI design—showcasing my ability to bridge high-level strategy with granular design execution.
I developed the complete brand identity, mascot, and UI design for Nispo, blending strategic creativity with technical execution and animation.
This is the final result. The design has been improved to avoid some technical limits and to make easier the switching between mobile form and desktop form.
